We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is never shared outside of Coastal Cultures operations.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Your phone number and name are stored securely and accessed only by Coastal Cultures organizers.
You can opt out of all communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also request that we delete your information by contacting us directly.
By joining Coastal Cultures, you are now a member supporting our movement of healing, health, and creativity in our community. Joining the club — whether by texting JOIN to +1 (707) 702-4749, signing up in person, or any other method offered by the club — constitutes your agreement to these terms.
Please agree and understand that the goods offered by the club are made in home kitchens in small batches and donations are suggested. All goods are made with care, love, and best practices.
Each batch is seasonal and influenced by available ingredients and varying fermentation conditions that can result in different tastes. No batch will be the same, but some will be similar.
As a club member you are asked to be impeccable, hold harmless, and if you are not satisfied let us know — we can happily return your donation or exchange your goods.
Coastal Cultures operates in the spirit of a circular economy. Returnable jars are encouraged and appreciated. Suggested donations help sustain the club and support future batches for our community.
By texting JOIN to +1 (707) 702-4749 you consent to receive SMS messages from Coastal Cultures including monthly drop menus, order confirmations, and pickup details. Message frequency varies — typically 2–5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Each drop is made in small batches and quantities are limited. There may be more members interested in a particular item than goods available — if something sells out before you can order, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Good things ferment slowly, and so does a growing club.
There is no maximum order quantity, but we ask that you be mindful of other members and the small batch nature of our production. Ordering with the community in mind is part of what makes this club work.
If a batch proves popular, there's a good chance it will return in a future drop. Your enthusiasm for a particular ferment is always noted and helps guide what we make next.
We love hearing from our members — please share your feedback, suggestions, or experiences by replying to any text from us at +1 (707) 702-4749 or by emailing us at coastalcultures707@gmail.com. Your input shapes every future batch.
Coastal Cultures operates as a private community club. Goods are produced in home kitchens and shared spaces that are not licensed or permitted commercial food facilities. Members participate with full knowledge and acceptance of this.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in Coastal Cultures constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
